The company had signed business cooperation with Nipponkoa Insurance Co.,Ltd. To expand new markets including develop the products, services and technologies together for increasing the business empowering and new services.

The company opened 24 hour “Navakij Call Center Service”. The channel was for client to report a claim and buying insurance cover by calling 4 digit numbers.

The company received in the second and third place awards respectively for the best managed insurance company of 2009 and 2008 from the Office of Insurance Commission.

The company was awarded for Q-Mark standard in business and services for 2009-2011 by the joint committee of the Board of Trade of Thailand, The Federation of Thai Industries and The Thai Bankers’ Association.

For the second running , the company has been rated “excellent” and scored between 90-100 from the survey conducted by thai Institute of Directors on corporate governance of Thai listed companies 2009.
